Our recipes:

lotus blossom martini

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lychees

  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup

  • 1 lime wedge

  • 1 1/2 oz. Snake Water Liquor

  • 1 oz. sake

  • Garnish: Pear slice

METHOD

  • Gather the ingredients.

  • In the bottom of a cocktail shaker place the lychees, simple syrup, and a lime wedge. Muddle gently.

  • Add the Snake Water and sake, and fill with ice.

  • Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.

  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  • Garnish with a sliced pear. Serve and enjoy.
