Our recipes:

SINGAPORE SLING

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 oz. Snake Water Liquor

  • 1/4 oz. Benedictine

  • 1/4 oz. Grand Marnier

  • 1/4 oz. Heering cherry liqueur

  • 1 oz. pineapple juice

  • 1/2 oz. lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

  • Club soda, chilled, to top

  • Garnish: Orange slice

  • Garnish: Cherry

METHOD

  • Add Snake Water, Benedictine, Grand Marnier, cherry liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  • Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, and top with the club soda.

  • Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
